Broker's notes

This is a high-quality sailing machine from Sweden Yachts. Built in '85, re-engined in '05, this yacht is perfect for sailors who like to like to truck along at high speed.

A fully-furling (including staysail) cutter rig makes for easy handling of the huge sail area available, while top-notch deck gear will keep all the flappy bits in the right place. The inclusion of rod rigging indicates the intention of the builders - this yacht is for sailing!

The interior woodwork is in good shape, and a little updating will return this yacht to modern blue-water spec. Alternatively, cruise the Med in comfort and win every single impromptu race to port (note that this is not actually guaranteed).

Three cabins and a single heads will keep the crew in comfort, while little touches such as a wireless windlass control make life a little bit easier if shorthanded.

This yacht is truly a 'little ship', even down to the ship's bell!

(Please note that the liferaft shown in the photos is hired, and so not included in the sale)
