Dining Aboard

A chefOur holidays include half board meals prepared from the best fresh local produce by your onboard chef. Each morning help yourself to breakfast, laid out buffet style in the saloon ready for when you get up. After sailing to the day's lunch stop, relax in the sun or have a swim whilst the chef prepares your lunch before serving up in the shade of the cockpit. The dishes shown below are typical of the food served on board; however, we are always happy to tailor the menu to suit your party's preferences.

Lunches

Starters

Smoked salmon mousse with herb toast.
Pan fried mozarella parcels.
Caesar salad with crispy proscuttio served in a parmesan basket.

Stuffed parma wrapped chicken with tomato and avocado salsa.
Warm pear and blue cheese salad with walnut pesto.
Rustic tomato tart with spicy chorizo.

Desserts

A fruit platter Caramelised peach crepes.
Hot chocolate fudge sundae.
Fresh pineapple with mint and lime sugar.
Maple and banana tartlets.


Barbecue night

One evening, we anchor the yacht in a secluded bay and fire up the barbecue. Relax with a drink while the crew serve a selection of dips before grilling some barbecue favourites: maybe homemade blue-cheese burgers or lamb and rosemary kebabs. After dinner, grab a drink and head for the foredeck to watch the stars. An unforgettable evening!


The Bar

Bottled water and soft drinks are included in the price of your holiday. Beer, wine, champagne and a selection of spirits are also stocked on board and work on an honesty system.

Whilst we will do our best to provide a good selection of drinks on board, if you have any personal favourites that your holiday would not be complete without, you are welcome to bring some duty-free out with you.
