Bayan Blue own and operate two yachts: one designed for families and group of friends and one specifically for a couple. All our accommodation is in double en suite cabins with full air conditioning. We customise our yachts to suit our luxury charters with tailored sunbathing cushions, electric toilets, extra sunshades and DVD players.

The crew are your
hosts on board and are there to ensure your holiday is one to remember. They will provide half-board meals
and attend
to all housekeeping.
The skipper, in conjunction with the guests, will work out a suitable itinerary
for the holiday. He will sail the boat and provide informal tuition as well
as deal with any formalities required by the port authorities. The skipper
is primarily responsible for the safety of the whole crew.
The Chef/First Mate is responsible for provisioning the boat and preparing the meals, as well as assisting on deck as required.
The crew's role will adapt to suit the guests. Keen sailors can command the yacht, only using the skipper as an assistant when required. Conversely, If you wish to sit back, relax with a G & T and soak up the sun, the crew can sail the boat unaided. It's completely up to you.
Our holidays include half board meals prepared from the
best fresh local produce by your onboard chef. Each morning help yourself to breakfast,
laid out buffet style in the saloon ready for when you get up.
After sailing to the day's lunch stop, relax in the sun or have a swim whilst the chef prepares your lunch before serving up in the shade of the cockpit. The dishes
shown below are typical of the food served on board;
however, we are always happy to tailor the menu to suit
your party's preferences.
Starter: Smoked salmon mousse with herb toast
Main: Stuffed parma wrapped chicken with tomato and avocado salsa
Dessert: Fresh pineapple with mint and lime sugar
Our yachts cruise the Greek Ionian,
the birthplace of Mediterranean sailing. The popularity of this area is
well deserved, with plenty of flat water, warm breezes and picturesque villages.
Charters start and finish in Sivota, a fishing village on the south end of the island of Lefkas, which is connected to the mainland via a bridge, within easy reach of Preveza airport. From here we can either cruise south in the sheltered inland sea towards the myth steeped islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia (location for Captain Corelli’s Mandolin), or, for keener sailors head north in more open waters towards the stunning green islands of Paxi and Anti Paxi.
